Just keep the miata looking beautiful and unharmed by the roadsalt/sand whatever your municipality uses. WebThe only way to combat rust is to keep the metal painted and clean. A hard top will help with keeping melt water out of the cabin. If you have covered parking and make an effort to keep the snow and ice from building up on the fabric top, you should be okay. Four snow tires are required for safe driving.
