From April through November of 2024, Avera Care@Home monitored a total of 3,840 patients including COVID-19, obstetrics, and pediatric patients, with COVID-19 being the primary diagnosis (3,499 patients). During that time, Care@Home achieved an impressive 6.1% hospitalization rate and a 7.9% ED visit rate.
