Motorized and Tank divisions use a ton of fuel and this game/mod accurately simulates a loss of that. Divisions cannot move and perform poorly in combat with the loss of fuel. However it is not for everyone and there are a variety of great mods out there like Downfall, DWI and of course the well known HPP.
